Lauren works in an illustrative dot work and fine line style, with a heavy focus on detail and contrast. She loves to tattoo natural subjects with a dark twist, especially birds and insects, and to explore all the ornate textures found in nature, from wasp nests to sea slugs. She prefers to work on large scale custom projects, but offers some smaller pre-drawn designs as well.

Born and raised in Tucson Arizona, Lauren is a self-taught artist who works exclusively in black and grey, and specializes in illustrative dot-work tattoos.
She gets inspiration from all things dark and beautiful at the same time, and strives to create a haunting quality to her work with the use of stark contrast, soft staticky gradients, and organic textures.
