Every artist has a unique style. Choose the right artist for your project by carefully reviewing their portfolio.

Andra King has been in love with art ever since she won a Halloween drawing contest in Kindergarten.

In her early twenties she focused on printmaking in school and then portrait painting. Shortly after that, she started illustrating for Morgan House Publishing.  She got her first tattoo at 24. (It was a Kanji tattoo, so no judgement on trendy first tattoos from the nineties!)  It was a powerful moment that changed her course of art and she did everything she could to start a career in tattooing.

She apprenticed with Woody Stone in Flagstaff AZ and has been tattooing since 2001 between the Southwest, Philadelphia, and Hawaii.

Andra also uses resin and leather to channel her creative energy into making jewelry and masks.

Andra’s Custom Tattoo Process

Andra begins her process with a consultation. She’ll ask you questions about what you want in your tattoo, where you would like to get it, how big you want it, and any other preferences you may have. She’ll let you know what she thinks will look good based what her artistic strengths are, so it’s best to go in with an open mind as well as be ready to communicate clearly so Andra can do her best to get your design right on the first try.  Drawing is hard work, so this part is important!

Depending on what you’re getting done, you may see a sketch from her either the day of your appointment or a few days prior.  In some instances she may do some sketch work with you at your consultation. After she gets all the information she needs, she’ll take a deposit for the design and book your tattoo appointment/s.

For additional information, or if you are ready to request a consultation, contact Andra.

Availability & Pricing

Rate: $120/hour
Minimum: 1 hour ($120)

A deposit (usually $100) will be required at the end of your consultation to start the process and book tattoo appointments. The deposit is non-refundable but goes towards the price of your tattoo.  Andra will give you a rough estimate for the price of your tattoo at your consultation.

Andra usually books 3 months out for tattoo appointments from the time of the consultation. Weekends are very busy and are the first to book out.
